I completed my diploma in Hypnotherapy in 2019, having experienced hypnotherapy myself to resolve my own issues. I quickly learned that hypnotherapy really does make a difference and I became excited to start helping clients. I have worked with people from 11-84 years old, and for all manner of issues: fears/phobias, self-confidence, social anxiety, addictions and childhood unresolved trauma.
Seeing positive results has been my motivation to set up my own work space. Covid caused a number of location issues, so I am now proud (having done most of the work myself!) to be able to offer a calming and safe environment to help clients fulfil their true potential.
